| Personal History | Anton was born in Russia in 2351 to Viktor and Vera Markov. He grew up in the winters of Russia and grew tall and powerful thanks to his working lifestyle. As he grew older he took up wrestling and with the added advantage of his height was successful however he did not see this as his future career and had his eyes set on a place in Starfleet Marines. With the Russian Emphasis on education he became fascinated with history especially that of Russia's 20th century past and the times of Stalin and the battles of the age. He spent alot of time learning manoeuvres and studying the battles. At the age of 18 he enlisted at Starfleet Marines and after passing the physicals with ease as well as the mental aptitude tests he was accepted. 4 years later he graduated and was assigned to a Starbase as part of the marine detachment there. Due to it's proximity to the Dominion war he was transferred to the USS Hellcat and was eventually injured whilst leading the defence of a colony under attack. After he recovered he was moved to the USS Ulysses where he undertook several Black Op's raids (the Galaxy class was use because of its large crew capacity and so more marines would fit on one ship) designed at sabotaging Dominion installations. After the war Anton was transferred to the USS Hawk as Marine XO and from there rose upwards. |
