Pre-industrial civilization native to Raehcoren V in the [[Round Table]] region. 

The Raehcoren have apparently constructed their primitive pre-literate society alongside the ruins of a far more advanced predecessor civilization that has long since abandoned the planet, which was discovered in October 2384 by the crew of the U.S.S. ''Excelsior''.  It is believed that the [[Raehcoren Energy Entity]] preyed on Raehcoren victims for millenia prior to the entity's encounter with Lt. Commander Neeva of the ''Excelsior''.  Per the Prime Directive, no contact has been established with the Raehcoren.
