Rhinocerous-like species that, as a founding member of the [[Perenalthorias Union of Commonwealths]], sits on the Upper Echelon of the Perenalthorias Council and holds veto power.  The Judaat representative to P-Counts is known as "Ambassador P," which may or may not be his full name.  Perenalthorias Station is located near the Judaat homeworld, which may indicate that the Judaat have great political clout in the [[Jathlin Arm]].


Ambassador P was noted by Captain [[Alcar Dovan]] to have been more concerned than either the [[Divitian]] or [[Ialnalyn]] ambassadors with the genocide of the [[Rheger Tuhg]], but Dovan nonetheless condemned the Ambassador for failing to take concrete action to prevent the atrocities.  Instead, Dovan accused, the Judaat appeared more interested in using the Rheger Tuhg crisis to pass noisy, moralistic condemnations and score political points against their rivals than they were in actually stopping the killing.
