Lao's is located on the Promenade, Deck 277. One of SB900's most popular restaurants, Lao's is particularly known for the steamed and fried dumplings and a large and varied wine list, including sake. Lao's is operated by Lao himself and his three sons as well as a whole host of other family members. The decor is done in classic Chinese style. Lao is particularly proud of the large salt-water aquarium that is home to a variety of sea creatures, including a well-known blue fish.
