Pre-industrial civilization native to Raehcoren V in the Round Table region.

The Raehcoren have apparently constructed their primitive pre-literate society alongside the ruins of a far more advanced predecessor civilization that has long since abandoned the planet, which was discovered in October 2384 by the crew of the U.S.S. Excelsior. It is believed that the Raehcoren Energy Entity preyed on Raehcoren victims for millenia prior to the entity's encounter with Lt. Commander Neeva of the Excelsior. Per the Prime Directive, no contact has been established with the Raehcoren.
