We've done this before, but it's been awhile. I think the last time we did this, the list had 'bandersnatch' on it and Gilroy (the part-Klingon) called Ignatius a bandersnatch.

Below is a list of interesting words. Let's see how many of these we can use (correctly) in posts in the next week or so!

Unctuous: smug, ingratiating
Somnolent: drowsy, sleep inducing
Felicity: happiness, pleasantness
Arreptitious: ecstatic; frantic; hasty or hurried
Lambent: a luminous trembling quality, as moonlight on water
Churlish: having a bad disposition; surly

As some might know, we've recently used one of my cats' names as a ship name. In the list above, is the name of another pet I've had (felicitous happenstance).
