View Award - Distinguished Civilian Service Award - IC
Awarded to civilians rendering assistance to any member of Starfleet or the Federation. This is the second highest civilian award given by Starfleet for actions by a civilian. The award consists of a certificate and citation signed by the activity head, medal and lapel emblem.
