View Award - Superior Civilian Service Award - IC
Awarded to civilians rendering assistance to any member of Starfleet or the Federation. This is the highest civilian award given by Starfleet for actions by a civilian. The award consists of a certificate and citation signed by the activity head, medal and lapel emblem.

For his actions in assisting Starfleet personnel in their pursuit and recovery of the fugitive Suresh, escapee from Elba II. (And I bet it's gonna' be real confusing to Starfleet Command when they get this -- Suresh catching Suresh and then getting an award for it?) |
