Crewman

Crewman is the third enlisted rank from the bottom in Starfleet just above that of a Crewman Apprentice and below those of a Petty Officer Third Class. This rank was formerly called "Crewman First Class". This rank is equivalent to the rank of Lance Corporal in the Starfleet Marine Corps.
