Vic is tall, with dark brown eyes and dark hair kept neatly trimmed. He stays in good shape and is muscular, but not bulky.
Vic is outgoing and friendly while behind the bar at The Nexus Club. He's full of good advice but somewhat mum on his personal life. He and Jackson are long time friends and associates, and he was recently re-activated as a special agent coordinating with Intel and Security.
