Inhabitants of the Star Desert in The Round Table. Though humanoid, members of Brian's race have pink-tinted skin, three fingers to a hand, and a small wriggling tentacle extending from their foreheads. Though the Universal Translator has little trouble with their language, it tends to render their names as standard human names, and the overall racial name is simply not known. The U.S.S. Horderlin encountered and briefly traded with Brian during their search for the Skareen homeworld in late June 2384. Contact was friendly, but has not yet been followed up with an official encounter. Brian's Race is a prominent and surprisingly successful member race of the Jathlin Trading Group.
