Upon being recalled to duty in the intelligence Directorate, David Lorenz took over as CEO, relocating operations to the Alpha Quadrant in the Dormeil System, using his family's summer residence as headquarters.

After Jim Holbridge's conditional resignation from Starfleet intelligence he took the reins of Holbridge Enterprises' Delta Quadrant Operations, basing the company on Starbase 900 rather than take a luxury office suite on Archadia Prime. Holbridge quietly reactivated Nebula Gold Security Group with the intention of using the former Starfleet personnel as his firm's private security force, including many Delta Quadrant species and any Alpha Quadrant volnteers who qualified.

Nebula Gold Security Group has 150 security officers, 46 pilots rated in fighter craft, and a dedicated support staff with access to the latest intelligence and resources.
