Round Table race near the Solaria Nebula that successfully established friendly relations with the Federation following an uneventful first contact by the U.S.S. Excelsior on the outlying world of Z'eldagar VI. The Vren'tal are governed by a board of “archregents,” which functions similarly to a parliamentary democracy, but is more autocratic than normal for democratic governments.
The Vren'tal government is a leading candidate to become the first formal Federation ally in the Round Table.
