Commanding Officer, Starfleet Personnel (C-PERSONNEL)

C-PERSONNEL is responsible for the initial placement of officers graduating from Starfleet Academy. C-PERSONNEL shall evaluate the officer biography submitted, make comments and recommendations as needed, and assign new officers to a unit using data submitted by vessel Commanding Officers (see CO) and based on a first come, first serve basis. In addition to work pertaining to training, C-PERSONNEL will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date roster for Starfleet which shall be sent to C-OPERATIONS on a monthly basis.
