Nominated by Admiral Ricky Wegener 		The third character for the CD award is the station’s Chief Shrink, Robin Swift. Since being thrust into the intel world, so to speak, in his hypnosis of Leto, he’s become quite involved in the fallout that’s occurred between she and Nick. Marcinko has always been one tough nut and has avoided counseling, of any type, like the plague. But in his one moment of need, Robin rose to the occasion to provide the assistance that may have helped Nick on the road to recovery. He stood up to the man and even slapped the piss out of him! (figuratively, of course). He’s shown to us all that he’s much more than the normally soft-spoken and docile healer of minds that’s been written in the past. He can be fierce when he needs to be and isn’t afraid to make that stand, especially when it involves his patient’s welfare.

Nominated by Captain Li Hawke 		Robin has come a long way in his development and become an essential and entertaining part of the 900 crew. We've seen so many facets of him and while we've seen parts of his inner self, it's clear there is much more to learn about the Counselor.

Now that Robin’s off on vacation we can talk about him! This departmental service ribbon is for excellence in the field and the Counselor certainly qualifies. We’ve seen a great expansion of Robin’s role on the station, especially since the arrival of his problem patient Nico. The journey to put Nico back together and return him to duty has been amusing, intense, and harrowing by turns and serves to demonstrate just how good our dear Counselor really is.
