View Award - Starfleet Meritorious Unit Commendation - IC
Awarded by Commander, Starfleet, to any ship, detachment, or other unit of Starfleet which has distinguished itself by outstanding heroism in action against the enemy, but not sufficient to justify award of the Starfleet Unit Citation. May also be awarded for heroic actions in defense of, or aid to, a friend or foe that may result in closer ties with that faction.
